In other words he's going to dance around it like it's thin ice. Yep, just like someone on red eye said, "He's signed up for his internship for the next four years."
The Somalia Pirates are the only way Al Qaeda can get any money. Bill Clinton is the on to blame for this. When the U.S. Army rangers were attacked and killed, Clinton ordered a retreat from Somalia. That along with ignoring other attacks on U.S. interest led to strengening of Al Qaeda. Yes the current administration has some blame for letting the Pirates increase its attacks, as so does our cowardly Congress.
